Day 2: Saturday, October 17 – Fairways & Fairy Tales
After breakfast, we depart for your first round of golf on a championship course. Play until 1:30 PM, followed by a well-earned lunch. The afternoon is yours to relax or explore at leisure. At 5 PM, we journey to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello. Wander through a mesmerizing landscape of iconic trulli houses, feeling as though you've stepped into a fairy tale. Your day culminates with a magical dinner nestled among these ancient stone structures, paired with exceptional local wines.
Day 3: Sunday, October 18 – Ancient Stones & Vintage Vines (Matera)
Today, we venture into the neighbouring region of Basilicata to discover the awe-inspiring city of Matera, a UNESCO site famed for its ancient Sassi cave dwellings. A guided History and Culture Walk reveals millennia of history etched into the stone. Enjoy lunch and free time to absorb the haunting beauty. Later, we return to Puglia for an unforgettable evening at Monsignore Winery in Pezze di Greco. Indulge in a tasting of robust wines and golden olive oil, accompanied by artisan foods. The evening is then free for you to savor the memories.
Day 4: Monday, October 19 – Swing, Sip & Simmer
Embrace another glorious morning on the links with a second round of golf until 1:30 PM. After lunch and a leisurely break, the focus shifts from the green to the grape with an exclusive Wine Tasting. As the afternoon mellows, don your apron for an immersive Cooking Class with a local culinary expert. Learn the secrets of Pugliese cuisine—from crafting perfect orecchiette pasta to preparing classic sauces—before enjoying the delicious fruits of your labour for dinner.
Day 5: Tuesday, October 20 – The White City & The Sommelier's Table
After breakfast, we depart for Ostuni, the "White City," cascading down a hilltop with dazzling beauty. A guided walk through its labyrinthine streets reveals panoramic sea views and hidden piazzas. The afternoon is dedicated to refined taste at a curated Wine & Olive Oil Tasting led by renowned Sommelier Stefano Semerano. He will guide your palate through Puglia's finest vintages and oils, complemented by gourmet bites. Return to the hotel to refresh before an elegant dinner in nearby Fasano.
Day 6: Wednesday, October 21 – Master Your Game & Your Plate
Answer the call of the course for your third round of golf, perfecting your swing until 1:30 PM. Following lunch and respite, we continue our oenological education with another sophisticated Wine Tasting. The day's finale is a second hands-on Cooking Class, where you'll delve deeper into the region's culinary heritage, ensuring you return home not just with memories, but with the skills to recreate them.
Day 7: Thursday, October 22 – The Florence of the South & A Fond Farewell (Lecce)
Our final cultural excursion takes us to Lecce, the "Florence of the South." A guided History and Culture Walk showcases the city's breathtaking Baroque architecture, carved from the local golden stone. Enjoy lunch and free time to explore the elegant shops and cafes. We return to the Masseria for a final respite before our Gala Farewell Dinner. Toast to an unforgettable week of camaraderie, conquest, and cuisine under the Puglian stars.
Day 8: Friday, October 23 – Arrivederci Puglia
After a final leisurely breakfast, savor the last moments of Puglian sunshine. According to your flight schedules, you will be chauffeured to Bari Airport for your journey home, carrying with you the warmth of Italy and a lifetime of exquisite memories.
