Tours Policies + Additional Information

Single occupancy is available for an additional $600.

* A deposit of $550 is required for reservation (non-refundable).

* Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making your payment.

* The following is included in the price: All land transportation during the tour, including the trip from the airport and back.

We will hold your reservation without a deposit for 14 days.

A non-refundable deposit of $550 is necessary to secure a reservation for a tour at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances but we ensure that any changes will maintain equal or superior offerings.

Payments can be made by check, payable to Walter Potenza, at 162 Mayfield Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920.

PAYMENT / Full payment is required at least 90 days prior to departure.

REFUNDS / In the event we must cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund of all deposits and payments. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on deposits or final payments for tours commencing as scheduled, including unused portions. However, we do provide cancellation credits as outlined in our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour for any reason, we allow credit for payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) as follows: • 100% credit for future tours given with 90 days' notice. • 60% credit for future tours provided with notice of 60 to 89 days. • 30% credit for future tours with a notice of 30 to 59 days. • No credit is issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour's start date.

• All cancellation credits are valid for one year from the start date of the originally scheduled tour.

We strongly recommend trip insurance; contact your credit card company for more information.
