• 8:00 AM: Breakfast at the Masseria (traditional fortified farmhouse accommodation).
• 8:45 AM: Transfer to the golf course.
• 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM: Tee-off and morning round of golf (18 holes).
• 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Post-golf lunch at or near the golf club. Light, refreshing, and social.
• 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Return to Masseria for relaxation (pool, nap) OR begin the afternoon culinary/culinary-art activity.
